Separate data for each organisation
Keep each organization’s customer data and operating context separated.

Trust and control
PeopleTide’s platform direction puts permissions, defined actions, and human oversight at the center. The controls below describe current CRM behavior; HMIS pilot access has its own healthcare boundaries, and Marketing remains in private preview.
Keep each organization’s customer data and operating context separated.
Limit access and actions according to a person’s responsibility.
Use configured rules to govern when and where customer messages are sent.
Keep activity and ownership visible so teams can understand what happened.
Use agents within configured workflows, context, and confidence thresholds.
Hand work to a person with the reason, history, and next action intact.
Operating principle
Shared organisation sign-in and enabled app access help staff reach their workspaces. Organisation policies can require staff MFA; product roles still determine actions within each app. Mail setup permission does not grant access to another person’s inbox. Current controls are specific to each app and configured workflow. Our shared platform design aims to preserve record ownership, permission boundaries, approvals, and traceability across connected work. This is not a claim that every app or future connector already implements the same controls. Discuss security and data-handling requirements with us during evaluation.
